Shipping + Returns

All purchases within Australia are shipped via Australia Post Express service or through a trackable courier service. Full tracking is provided for all purchases. For our international clients we may use Australia Post (International + Tracking) or DHL.

 

All parcels sent out from our store are 100% insured. Rest assured if you do not receive your parcel, you will be refunded the full amount you paid.

 

All purchases are final. We do not offer returns or exchanges or change of mind purchases.

 

In the very unlikely event that you receive a replica, we will back our claim and refund you 100% cost of the item. The item needs to be returned to us in its original state with all tags and packaging attached.
